Recently I got a underfloor heating and insulation survey done to have piece of mind, what I found was astonishing. The images from the survey found that about 2/3 of the bathroom downstairs was not connected into the underfloor heating system. Apparently the system link box did not have space for it to be pumped in by the builder so he left it out to save money. Buying another system link box would cost approx 500 euro. It was being left as it was with only 1/3 of it being heated. The insulation was confirmed to be fine so I was happy with that. I would highly recommend this service for new builds and DK Energy Consultants.

We engaged with DK Energy Consultants to find a problem we had with our underfloor heating system. Our underfloor heating system was programmed wrong by the builder's electrician. Our front living room never worked property with the programmer. Within 2 hours the information provided sorted the problem. It was of immense value to us and it was great value for money. I would highly recommend you do this service if you are building a property the way you know the heating zones are done properly.
